Using the site

EmojiSet is a free reference for emoji meanings and a library of downloadable sticker images. You may browse, copy emoji characters and download stickers for personal and commercial messaging without asking us first.

What you may not do

• Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other people, or re-publish the database wholesale as your own.
• Present EmojiSet as your own product, or imply that we endorse yours.
• Use the site to break the law where you live.

Emoji, artwork and trademarks

Emoji characters themselves are part of the Unicode Standard and are not owned by us. The artwork used to draw each emoji belongs to the vendor that designed it — Apple, Google, Microsoft, Samsung, X and others — and those vendors' names and designs remain their trademarks and property. Sticker images come from third parties and are provided as-is. Nothing here transfers any right in that artwork to you.

Accuracy

Emoji meanings shift with usage and differ between cultures and platforms. We describe common usage, not a definitive ruling. Descriptions may be wrong or out of date, and the site is provided without warranty of any kind.

Accounts

If you sign in, keep your provider account secure — anyone with access to it has access to yours. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
